Canada Waterfowl Hunting

More than just a Canada waterfowl hunt it's an adventure!

We are located in Manitoba's most abundant pothole region and we are beneath one of the largest flyways in North America.

Our first class staff includes 5 guides with over 150 years of combined experience and our cook Sandi, who in our off season cooks for a world famous fly in fishing lodge. Their reputations to succeed exceed most expectations.

Gage Outdoor Expedition's Manitoba Waterfowl hunting lodge is full service, providing 3 meals a day with snacks, fully guided waterfowl hunts with all decoys provided & transportation to & from Winnipeg.

Our lodge is loft style with a large viewing deck on the lake that boasts some beautiful sunsets & panoramic views. We provide satellite television, limited internet access and we can accommodate parties of up to 10.

Hunt Mantioba waterfowl and enjoy a true Canada duck hunting adventure in the famous prairie pothole region of western Canada. This pothole region is a bird hunters paradise. The landscape is scattered with many potholes and lakes.
You will hunt fields for snows and blues that fill the sky as well as puddle ducks that gorge themselves in barley, wheat and pea fields. Mallards dive bomb potholes, throw in resident and migrating Canada Geese and you have a waterfowlers dream.
Our staff will give you and your party 100% during your prairie pothole experience.

Don’t forget this is where it all begins!

Gage Outdoor Expeditions is an exclusive, full service Canada waterfowl hunting lodge that will exceed your expectations.
All of our hunts are fully guided by experienced Manitoba waterfowl hunters.

From the time we pick you up at the airport until the time we call the shot, you will experience first class service. You will not find a more dedicated and experienced staff anywhere in Canada.
Our Canada duck hunting locations are hand selected daily by your morning goose hunting guides and your afternoon duck hunting guide.

Canada Non-Resident Firearm Declaration Form 909 – Hunters must fill out the Non-Resident Firearm Declaration Form 909 before you leave for your hunt. Don't try and fill it out at the border, this will upset the Canadian Customs officials and their routine. Fill out this form online and then print 3 copies. Double check your firearms details, especially the serial number, before you hit the print button. Do not sign this form until you are at the border and the officials there ask you to sign it. You will need to present the form with your passport. There is a fee for the permit and it is $25 CND. You must pay for your permit in Canadian dollars or by MasterCard, Visa or American Express. Canadian Customs does not except U.S. Currency. Remember to always carry your firearms permit and identification while you are in the field. To obtain your firearms application, go to the official Canadian Firearms Program page at http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/cfp-pcaf/form-formulaire/pdfs/909.pdf.

Canada Duck Hunting - Saskatchewan/Manitoba Waterfowl Hunting

We have the best Duck and Goose hunting in Canada and a top notch dedicated staff to go with it. Gage Outdoor knows the areas and understands the ways of wild geese and ducks.

The guides will set up decoy spreads that really work, giving you the opportunity to experience some of the best Canada waterfowl hunting.

We typically run about twenty thousand KMS in the pre season (three weeks) scouting, to put you in the prime fields, lake and ponds. We have the best kill ratios around, so plan on shooting a lot!
The area is beautiful, set in the park and farmland country with coolies, rolling hills and river bottoms. No shortage of barley, wheat, peas and other crops to shoot over, as well as roost shoots!
Electronic calls for snow geese are now legal and make for spectacular evening shoots for whites, where killing Limits can be common (20 per hunter). The accommodations are modern cabins with indoor toilets, showers and kitchenettes. The property borders the Duck Mountain Park and San Clara Community Pasture and gives us access to thousands of square kilometers of hunting land for upland as well
This is 4 full days of hunting. You will arrive late afternoon hunt 4 days and depart morning of 5th day. We only take one group at a time to keep all of our attention focused on you and your group. We have been outfitting since 1989 and have well trained dogs and skilled staff.

The duck and goose hunting lodge is modern 4 bedroom 2 guests per room. It has satilite tv and wireless internet. Indoor toilet and shower.
